Bar Wish List

We're always looking to increase the range of cocktails available at the Tiki Bar. Currently, we'd be interested in adding the following items to our already dizzying array. Each list is in approximate order by priority.

Liquors

1. Macallan Amber
2. Voodoo Tiki Tequila Reposado
3. Dekuyper Apple Barrel Schnapps
4. Voodoo Tiki Tequila Anejo
5. Barbancourt 15 Year Rum
6. Zaya 12 Year Rum

Mixers

1. Stirrings Authentic Pomegranate Grenadine - so allegedly, what currently passes for Grenadine these days is garbage, and this is what it is supposed to taste like. I'm curious - must try it sometime.
2. Orgeat Syrup - should be available anywhere that sells flavored coffee syrups like Torrani syrups.
3. Ginger Beer - I've heard good things about:
   • Cock 'n Bull
   • Bundaberg - I've seen this at World Market.
   • Barritt’s
   • Blenheim

Equipment

1. Impressions Double Old Fashioned Glasses - These are the glasses we use the most during a party. We intentionally left lots of space for them in the new bar, but now we need to fill that space! We could probably use up to about 5 cases (of 12). Also available at World Market.
2. G System Keg Coupler - if we ever want Bass, Boddington's, or Anchor Steam on tap, we'll need one of these.
3. U System Keg Coupler - if we ever want Guinness or Harp on tap, we'll need one of these.
4. New Kegerator Drip Tray - The drip tray that came with the kegerator is insufficiently classy.
5. New Kegerator CO2 Regulator - This dual-guage regulator would allow us to actually see when the CO2 is getting low in the tank
